A few flavourful ingredients for these salmon fillets.
Serves 2, Preparation 10 minutes, Cooking 5 minutes
- 2 salmon fillets
- Half lemon, to slice
- Garam Masala, a tsp
- a clove of garlic to chop up
- Parsley, a sprig to chop up
- 30 ml of dry white wine
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of white ground pepper
- EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Method
Slice the lemon. Chop the parsley and the garlic clove, add them to a plate with a tablespoon of EVOO and a teaspoon of Garam Masala, a sprinkling of white or black pepper and a pinch of salt, mix, breading salmon fillets.
Heat 2 tablespoons of EVOO in a non-stick pan, add the salmon fillets and the lemon slices.

Fry each side on a medium heat for about 1 minute. Deglaze with the white wine, allow to evaporate for a few seconds, lower the heat and leave to cook for a further 1 to 2 minutes, turning the salmon fillets once more by using a spoon to take the cooking juice to pour it over the salmon slices so that they take on flavour.
Serve.
