Serves: 3 | Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Pitted black olives: 100 g
- Peeled Garlic: 1 clove
- Thyme, fresh: about 1 sprig
- (optional) Chili pepper: 1
- Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO): 3 tablespoons
- A pinch of salt
In a blender, put oil together with the garlic clove, black olives, thyme and a pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth.
It can be stored in a glass jar by covering the surface of the cream with olive oil and then sealing the jar tightly and placing it in the fridge.
