Super simple and savoury these puff pastry pinwheels with Gorgonzola and cooked ham.
Gorgonzola cheese then melts into a soft cream, making the whole thing even more appetising and mouth-watering.

- 1 roll of store-bought puff pastry
- Finely Italian Sliced Cooked Ham: 150 g

Place the pinwheels on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake 180°C / 350 F / Gas 4, 10 to 15 minutes, allow the pinwheels to cool a little before serving..
