We will never tire of recommending it: rinds of hard cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano are so cool to eat. And when grilled, they make a very nice starter.

Preparation 10 mins, Cooking 5 mins

  • Cheese Rinds, to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a drizzle

Method

Scratch the outside with a knife to remove any impurities, rinse them and then soak them no more than ten minutes in room temperature water.

Remove and pat dry them.

Heat a grill, add drop of oil and throw them on it grilling them for a few seconds on each side until they start to melt a little.

Place them on a plate and better to eat them right away.
