- Chocolate pieces or mini chocolate eggs, to taste
- Milk, about 100 ml
- Beaten Eggs, 2
- Flour, to taste
- Breadcrumbs, to taste
- Peanut oil for deep-frying, about 300 ml
Trim the edges of bread.
Soften the slice of white bread in the milk, then squeeze it well, getting rid of the excessive milk. In the middle place a mini chocolate egg or a piece of chocolate of your choice
Close it and shape it into a ball closing it well. Dip it in flour, then in beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
If you notice that the balls are not well sealed, which can happen, shape them again with your hands and give another bath in beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs if necessary.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, it should be very hot. Fry the bread balls until golden brown. Place them on a plate lined with absorbent paper. Serve.
