Filetti di Branzino con arancia, an easy quick recipe with a delicious orange taste.
Serves 4, Preparation 5 mins, Cooking 10 mins
- 4 sea bass fillets, already cleaned
- 1 orange
- A handful of dried oregano
- about 8-10 cherry tomatoes slighlty ripen
- Fine salt, to taste
- EVOO – Extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp
Cut the orange into thin slices.
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Heat two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan, add cherry tomatoes and let them wilt gently. Add the orange slices, slightly crushing them with a fork to get its juice, adding pinch of salt and a drop of water if necessary.
Add sea bass fillets raising the heat slightly and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, drizzle it over the fillets with a spoon adding extra flavour.
Add oregano at the end and a pinch of salt.
