Ideal for breakfast, a snack or at the end of a meal. Just fill them to your liking. We chose Nutella and Ricotta cream with some berries on top.
6 Baskets, Preparation 5 mins, Cooking 15-20 mins
- 120 g Crunchy Spelt Flakes
- 100 g Apple Puree or 1 Banana
- Honey, 1 tbsp
- A tsp of cinnamon
Mash a banana or add apple pure to spelt flakes and mix it.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey or any other sugar substitute, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, mix again.
Grease each muffin moulds included edges with a drop of seed oil and shape the baskets by pressing them lightly in the centre and sticking them well to the edges.
Bake for about 15 – 20 mins to 160 C / 325 F / Gas 3.
Let them cool down before take them out of the moulds.
Ready to be filled.
