Whether is for breakfast, snack or just because you fancy a healthy drink, this one tastes great as well.
Saffron contains very few calories, it has carotenoids that help against cellular aging, has vitamins B1 and B2 that help metabolize fat and therefore has digestive properties. And then it is good.
Banana lowers cholesterol and pressure, regulates the intestine, protects the stomach, strengthens the immune system, just to name a few.
Now think about a mix of these two ingredients and enjoy them in a healthy and delicious smoothie.
